Hailam Kilam Haris Azmat is always hands on with providing solutions to his clients‘. Prior to assuming the special teams coordinator’s position, Kilam worked in the dual roles of linebackers coach and strength and conditioning coach during the 2009 season. Growing up, Kilam faced several obstacles including homelessness and serving 7 years of federal prison time with respect to counterfeiting money at the age of 17. His peers often bullied him at school for his appearance and family circumstances. He grew up watching his parents fight and abuse each other along with alcoholism. Kilam began writing poems at the age of 12, as a way to deal with his aunt’s demise. In 2006, he also added the title of defensive quality control coach. In the following season, he was promoted to linebackers coach and served in that capacity for three years. He won his first Grey Cup championship when the Stampeders defeated the Montreal Alouettes in the 96th Grey Cup game in 2008. A short lifespan might
